When it comes to fitness there’s no one size fits all.
It’s taken me a decade — and over 100 women coached — to really understand that.
I’m Ainoa, a certified personal trainer, founder of RYLL Fitness, and now a first-time mum.
I’ve trained women through their first pull-ups, through pregnancy, through burnout, and even when they felt completely stuck. And I’ve been there too.
🏋️♀️ My Story
My journey started with gymnastics and basketball, but like many women, I spent years stuck in a loop: Chasing calories burned. Trying to be smaller. Letting my teenage eating disorder quietly shape every workout.
From CrossFit to running three half-marathons in a year… I was “active” — but I wasn’t thriving.
That changed when I stopped chasing exhaustion and started chasing strength.
I went deep into studying anatomy, training principles, and female physiology. I wanted answers.
Not just for me — but for every woman who’s ever felt confused, intimidated, or ignored in fitness spaces.
👩🍼 And Then Came Pregnancy...
Becoming a mother gave me a new perspective on strength.
Watching my body shift, rebuild, and recover made me even more passionate about training that supports women long-term — not just short-term results.
Aging, hormones, postpartum recovery, sleep, energy, strength — it’s all connected.
Muscle isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s our foundation. It’s what carries us through life.

I created RYLL Fitness to offer research-based, empathy-driven coaching that respects the uniqueness of each body — especially women’s bodies.
My goal is to help you shift focus from shrinking to strengthening.
From cardio punishment to muscle-building confidence.
From confusion to clarity.
