My 8-week program is built for people who want to get to their strongest, truest selves. People who want to rediscover what their body can do and set themselves up for a future of fitness, no matter their goals.

Here’s what to expect
01 — Introduction Call
Let’s get to know each other, know your WHY, set your goals, and see how can we get there together.
02 — Personalized Plan
I will craft a personalized plan based on the progression that you need to achieve your goals. All workouts have specific warm-ups that will help you achieve better results throughout your routine. They also have concepts built-in such as progressive overload and skills achievement so you can get to your first pull-up or lifting your own weight.
03 — Gym sessions together
If we are in the same city, we will do the first 3 sessions together at the gym. If not, we will do them online and I will be guiding you through form, repetitions, weight and anything you need to get your strength journey started. I have also flown in for clients into different cities - we can discuss what’s best for your needs and budget 😃
04 — Check-ins
After the in-person/online workout sessions together, I want you to focus on the learnings, sync with your body and understand it at your own pace. When I am present, there’s pressure and a lot of messages coming in and it might get overwhelming.
Throughout 7 weeks, we will check-in for 30 min on a weekly basis to solve any questions and doubts that have arised during your own practice.
I want to give you the rod to fish and stay consistent throughout your strength journey - building a constant dependency to workout with me would do quiet the opposite.

What’s your pricing?
I am currently offering a very individualized planning to adapt to people’s needs which means a wide variety of pricing and payment methods.
The standard 8-weeks plan is 500 euros. That plan can vary depending on number of in-person sessions and check-ins your plan will need.
Do you only coach women?
I am heavily focused in empowering women but I have coached all genders. I have achieved amazing results with men and women and I am here to support anyone’s journey.
Women empowerment comes from a stronger need to support women in their strength journey since we have been raised to become smaller, thinner and quiet. I want to help the next generations to feel strong, confident and be vocal. Being confident in their bodies is a huge step towards achieving that.
What the required fitness level?
Any level is accepted. I enjoy seeing people lifting their first dumbbell and also preparing athletes for marathons. I believe fitness needs to be accessible and that’s my focus: craft journeys to meet you where you are to get you where you want to be.
Do I need a gym?
No but I do encourage to get familiar and comfortable in a gym space. It takes time but I am here for you. We can start at home with a set of dumbbells and build the progression until we get you to a gym in a confident way.
Going to a gym can mean going to become stronger, going to focus on yourself and that’s something to nourish and cherish. It shouldn’t be a place you feel intimidated rather the place that helps you becoming your better future self.
When working out at home, there are distractions, it can get harder to focus and it should be a space associated with rest and quality time with your beloved ones (unless you have a separate room for a gym). Keeping that space sacred for recovery and rest will help you perform better at the gym.
