More than a program. If you want results, doing workouts alone won’t cut it. You need to understand how nutrition, recovery and your hormonal cycle play a role in your progress. This course will provide you with all the knowledge you need to achieve a lasting, real change.

You will have explanatory videos for all exercises, with clear instructions and extended videos for the major lifts. I will also guide you through weight selection and progressive overload so you don’t feel lost at the gym.

I not only want you to workout, I want you to understand why you are doing what you are doing. This course will help you with this program and with any future ones you might do (I won’t take it personal if you go somewhere else 😄).
You will have a library with exercise alternatives to stay consistent through travels at hotel gyms, at your parents’ house with bodyweight alternatives, etc. We are building the habit of strength training consistency here and what matters is to show up, no matter the circumstance.

I’ve coached over 100 women across all life stages — from beginner lifters to new mums — and one thing is always true: strength changes more than your body. It transforms your confidence, your energy, and how you show up in life.
I’m a certified personal trainer, lifelong athlete (from gymnastics to basketball to barbell squats), and a new mum myself — navigating postpartum recovery one baby-weighted walk at a time 👶🏽.

Yes, you can! The program includes alternatives for home or hotel gyms — all based on the same movement patterns.
BUT, to really challenge your muscles and progress week after week, you’ll need access to resistance. Think: dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, or gym machines.No resistance = no progressive overload = no gains.
If you're working out with just your cat as resistance... it's probably not enough 🐈 -
Ideally, access to a gym with dumbbells, a barbell, and basic machines. But don’t stress — I’ve added exercise swaps for:
Home setups with dumbbells or bands
Hotel gyms with limited machines
Travel weeks when you have to improvise
Consistency matters more than perfection. If you can lift something and track it, you're good to go.
