Created by a certified coach (and mama-to-be!), this program is rooted in science, not fear. You’ll learn how to adapt your training with confidence and understand the why behind every movement.

Full-body workouts (2 or 3 days/week options)
Core + pelvic floor support
Safe strength circuits using dumbbells and bands
Educational videos on breath, recovery, and hormone shifts
Guidance on energy fluctuations and real-life symptoms
Birth prep content to feel mentally and physically ready
